Pan & Tilt Camera System

If you need to inspect up to 96" pipe, and zoom in on defects and down laterals, the UEMSI Explorer™ Zoom pan & tilt is the camera for you.  This camera is compatible with UEMSI, Cues® and Aries® mainline systems.  The Explorer™ Zoom has an extraordinary high output LED system that delivers more than enough light for pipe up through 96".  It has the same great features as its older brother the standard Explorer, such as 360° scan, programmable positions, and a gear motor speed control.

The Explorer™ Zoom also has new features such as auto focus with manual override, auto iris with manual override, and dual light modes to control the amount of light desired for viewing down the pipe versus laterals or pipe walls. Color Mini Camera Inspection System with DVR Player/Recorder

If you need to inspect and record 2" and larger pipelines, ductwork, conduit, and just about anything you can think of, the UEMSI ProCam DVR™ is your answer. It is an affordable easy-to-use color push camera system with a 10.4" LCD monitor, and a built-in DVR with a 160 GB hard drive and a USB connection for downloading your recorded files to a computer.

The standard system includes a briefcase style power control unit which only weighs 17 lbs., 200' of push cable on a portable reel, and a CM-1 color camera head. Available options include a Pro Eye self leveling color camera head, a Data Display I system with on-screen digital footage and keyboard, a Tracker II In-line locator system, a rechargeable battery pack, and more.

The standard system includes a briefcase-style power control unit which only weighs 12 lbs., 200' of video push cable on a portable reel, and a CM-1 color camera head. Available options include a Pro Eye self-leveling color camera head, a Tracker II In-line locator system, multiple skids, and more.

  You want to have your Aluminum Intake and Catch Basin tubes to last longer? Do you want more “Bang for the Buck” on your vacuum truck? You need the “Tuffest Tube on the Market”. UEMSI holds a patent on “Tuff Tube”™. This extruded 6” and 8” Diameter All Aluminum tube will last longer than any tube on the market today. With its .100 wall thickness it will give you 346% increase in wear resistance compared to the .072 thickness and a 272% increase in wear to .090 thickness available from other tube suppliers according to an independent study.

“Tuff Tube”™ seamless tubing has a material hardness of C15 to 16, which improves the wear rate by 41% over conventional vacuum tubing and provides better ovality. The tensile strength of 35 KSI make “Tuff Tube”™ 28% more dent resistant from the sand, concrete, grit, rocks, water and organics. With “Tuff Tube”™ the seamless wall is more dent resistant from the bumping and banging the tube receives on the steel manhole frame. This will minimize any decrease in air flow creating better C. F. M. for total vacuum efficiency.

Couple that with our patented “EZ” Flange™ unique design provides an interface with the clamp to allow for a better face to face seal. “EZ” Flange™ has a unique I.D. shoulder lip feature which allows the flange to center itself on the tubing during assembly. This feature ensures the squareness of the flange and the tube during bonding or welding, even if the tube itself is not cut squarely or evenly.
