UEMSI holds a patent on “Tuff Tube”™. This extruded 6” and 8” Diameter All Aluminum tube will last longer than any tube on the market today. With its .100 wall thickness it will give you 346% increase in wear resistance compared to the .072 thickness and a 272% increase in wear to .090 thickness available from other tube suppliers according to an independent study. “Tuff Tube”™ seamless tubing has a material hardness of C15 to 16, which improves the wear rate by 41% over conventional vacuum tubing and provides better ovality. The tensile strength of 35 KSI make “Tuff Tube”™ 28% more dent resistant from the sand, concrete, grit, rocks, water and organics. With “Tuff Tube”™ the seamless wall is more dent resistant from the bumping and banging the tube receives on the steel manhole frame. This will minimize any decrease in air flow creating better C. F. M. for total vacuum efficiency.
Couple that with our patented “EZ” Flange™ unique design provides an interface with the clamp to allow for a better face to face seal. “EZ” Flange™ has a unique I.D. shoulder lip feature which allows the flange to center itself on the tubing during assembly. This feature ensures the squareness of the flange and the tube during bonding or welding, even if the tube itself is not cut squarely or evenly. Navigator Systems Discontinued |

As of April 15th, 2008, UEMSI will no longer accept orders for Navigator Systems. We have discontinued production of Navigators, due to the lack of sales on this product line. If you are interested in a replacement for Navigtor, please try out our ProCam system. Brian Kotecki
